  • Born in Vienna in 1971, married, 3 children. 
  • From 1989 to 1995 studies of Catholic theology and religious education in Vienna. Diploma thesis about the book of Esther.
  • Training and teaching in schools.
  • Dissertation “Der Deuteronomiumkommentar des Theodoret von Kyros” (The commentary on Deuteronomy by Theodoret of Cyrus), graduation in 2001.
  • Since June 2001 assistant at the Department of Old Testament in Vienna.
  • Habilitation in 2010: “Die alttestamentlichen Prophetinnen in der patristischen Rezeption. Texte – Kontexte – Hermeneutik“ (The Old Testament female prophets in patristic reception. Texts – contexts – hermeneutics).
  • Since October 2010 associate professor at the Department of Biblical Studies.
  • Bachelor degree in Jewish Studies (2012).

  • Chairwomen of the ArgeAss (since 2011)
  • Member of the EABS (European Association of Biblical Studies)
